Commercial negotiation
Based on the long experience and local and international trade relations available to the company, as well as its permanent presence in international exhibitions, monitoring and follow-up of the movement of markets, prices and its many customers, including producers, exporters or importers, and its constant endeavour to complete successful commercial deals for all parties through its participation as a commercial negotiator by providing:
- Intensive search for the required products, determining the best price and quality, and presenting them to the buyer or seller, with a full study of the commercial process, its demands and costs, providing the available opportunities and appropriate offers, and facilitating communication between them.
- Familiarizing the importing buyer with the products by sending samples and ensuring that he obtains them.
- Coordination, follow-up and full supervision of the commercial process from beginning to end to ensure its success and implementation according to the agreement concluded between all parties.
- Removing obstacles, simplifying the business process, and developing a quick solution to any problem, should it arise.
- Providing assistance to all parties, seller and buyer, to reach fruitful contracts and partnerships and successful business alliances.
- Providing appropriate marketing services and solutions and working to communicate with the largest number of customers to achieve the required goal.
- Helping clients wishing to visit production sites or attend trade fairs by sending requests to obtain visas, temporary accommodations, means of transportation, in addition to translation, in order to guarantee them the ease of establishing commercial relations and concluding successful deals.
